how to apply

it's pretty easy when you know how

To start, it’s as simple as filling out our online application form. But don’t worry – at this stage we just want to capture some initial information about you so that we can register your interest in our roles.

We find that having a chat saves both of us a lot of time. After all, you don’t want to travel all the way to our offices if you discover the role’s not right for you. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, for us to understand why you want to join us and make sure that we’re as right for you as you are for us.

Next, you’ll get to visit Penna HQ. Based right next to the Thames, it’s a great building. We’ll even give you an office tour, which includes a visit to our PAC-MAN room. But let’s get the interview done first. Our advice? Do your homework on Penna, the industry, and think about why you want to do this role. We want to see that you’ve researched what you’re getting into, and are excited about all of the possibilities.

12 months in and I’m still in awe of the recruitment world every day

Yeah, it really is that easy.
